Joe White was named Rookie Agent of the Year in 2021 by the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS®. As a real estate investor himself, Joe rehabs and flips properties while also owning and managing rental homes. As a buyer’s agent, Joe is known for his hands-on approach, including crawling under houses and climbing into attics to give clients the information they need to make informed decisions. His practical experience as an investor gives him a unique perspective when helping buyers evaluate properties. Formerly the owner, publisher, and sales director of Augusta’s Metro Spirit weekly newspaper, Joe is an experienced negotiator and aggressive closer.
