Ivan Crawford has been involved in real estate since 2004 and has been a broker since 2007. After graduating from Butler High in 1981, he joined the USAF and served for more than 11 years. Following his military service, Ivan worked in the trucking and material handling industries, where he developed an extensive knowledge of the area. He has helped manage several real estate offices while also selling and teaching real estate classes. Ivan has been involved in property management for more than a decade and enjoys the challenges and opportunities that come with the industry.

Laura Frantz is deeply rooted in the Central Savannah River Area and is known as a fierce advocate for her clients and community causes. She is a Realtor, a former Healthcare Administrator, a Registered Nurse, and a Community activist. Through these roles she has impacted the Augusta community for over 25 years. Having a heart to serve others, she was called into nursing and healthcare administration to ensure that patients and Veterans received the highest level of care. She also served as President of The Junior League of Augusta, which promotes the education and empowerment of women and children in our community. This same passion for helping others serves as the foundation for her Real Estate career. As an experienced and trustworthy resource, she has adopted our team's mission of creating a smooth process for purchasing a new home or assisting homeowners through the selling process. Laura is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He studied Business Administration and History at PC while also playing on the Division I FCS football team. In addition to real estate, Will serves as the Head of Digital Media and Audio Visual at Oasis Church in Thomson. Outside of work, he is an avid hunter, boater, and cook.

Jesse Suarez

Jesse Suarez is an Augusta native who has called the CSRA home his entire life. After graduating from Westside High School, he played college football at the Naval Academy Prep School and Georgia Southern University, where he earned a degree in Mathematics. He later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and an Educational Specialist degree. Jesse has been teaching high school mathematics for 18 years, including at Westside High School and Grovetown High School, where he currently teaches. He also spent four years coaching football. As a lifelong member of the CSRA community, Jesse brings patience, dedication, and a passion for helping others to his real estate career. He is committed to guiding clients through each step of the process and ensuring they feel informed, confident, and empowered in their decisions. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his three children, Jes, Aspen, and Bella.

Michael D. Tait recently moved to Georgia and became licensed to conduct real estate in the state. He has been licensed in Virginia for more than 30 years and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers as well as existing clients. Throughout his career, Michael has built long-term relationships with many clients and continues to service them today. A lifelong resident of Virginia, he has consistently been part of the PWAR Top Producers Club and is considered a multi-million dollar producer. Michael has also assisted in the development of marketing materials and overseen advertising for web and print media. His experience includes assisting asset managers with the marketing of distressed and REO properties.

Joe White was named Rookie Agent of the Year in 2021 by the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS®.
